Payroll




1. Select Role

Here you can select the role.


2. Select Month

Here you can select the month.


3. Select Year

Here you can select the year.


4. Search

After filling all the required fields press "Search" button to see the payroll list for specific role and date.


5. Quick Search

Here you can input the keyword for searching a staff's payroll information from the list.


6. Export The List

On that section there are several options (copy, csv, xls, print and pdf) to export the list data. The last option for manage column visibility.


7. Action Menu

In action menu you can generate the payroll, add payment and view payslip.



Generate Payroll




1. Earnings
Here you can add earning type and its value.

2. Deductions
Here you can add deduction type and its value.

3. Calculate
On that section you can calculate the payroll.


4. Save

After filling all the required fields press "Save" button to generate the payroll.
