Report Summary:From here you can view the inventory report summary.
Field – Description
Products – Total number of products in inventory.
Total On Hand – Total quantity of all items currently in stock.
Total Available – Quantity available for sale (On Hand minus Reserved).
Inventory Value – Total monetary value of current inventory.
Low Stock Count – Number of products below the reorder point.
Stock Out Count – Number of products that are out of stock.
From here you can view the detailed inventory report.
Field – Description
SKU – Unique product SKU.
Title – Product name or title.
Warehouse – Warehouse location.
On Hand – Total quantity currently in stock.
Reserved – Quantity allocated to pending orders.
Available – Quantity available for sale (On Hand − Reserved).
Reorder Point – Minimum stock level to trigger replenishment.
Inventory Value – Total value of the available stock.
Low Stock – Indicator showing stock status (e.g., Green tick = sufficient, Red cross = low stock).
Export CSV – Download the report in CSV format for easy data handling and integration.
Export Excel – Download the report in Excel format for detailed analysis and reporting.
From Date – View records starting from a specific date.
To Date – View records up to a specific date.
Use the search option to quickly find inventory records by entering details such as SKU or product title.
