Human resources are the set of people who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, industry, or economy. A narrower concept is human capital, the knowledge and skills that individuals command. Similar terms include manpower, labor, personnel, associates or simply: people. Human resources (HR) is the department within a business that is responsible for all things worker-related. That includes recruiting, vetting, selecting, hiring, onboarding, training, promoting, paying, and firing employees and independent contractors. 


Staff:

If you want to assign new staff to the Human Resource section then go to the Staff[1] option to see the Staff List[2], you can see the already included member as SL[3], Name[4], UserName[5], Email[6], Phone[7], Role[8], Status[9], Department[10], Registered Date[11], Action[12] & Select[13] option has View, Edit & Delete option that you can rewrite any of staff information. However you can check on the Add New Staff[14], or fill on the Basic Info[15], Role[16], Department[17], Email (Use As User Name)[18], First Name[19], Last Name[20], Phone[21], Password[22], Date of Birth[23], Address[24], Browse File[25], Date of Joining[26], Applicable For Leave[27], Bank Info[28], Bank Name[29], Branch Name[30], Account Name[31], Account Number[32] & Save[33] it.

Role:

One of HR's primary roles is managing payment and benefits for an organization's staff. Proper management of compensation, time off, and insurance is what keeps employee satisfaction high. As a human resource manager, you'll be in charge of distributing, communicating, and improving compensation and benefits packages. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

If you want to assign a new role[1] for human resources then find the Add Role[2] for AmazCart. As also put on the Name[3] & Save[4] it. However, you can see the all Role list[5] which you already allocated by the chronology of SL[6], Role[7] for Admin, Staff, Sub Admin or other, there are Action[8] buttons from here to under the Select[9] option for Assign Permission, edit or delete any of role admitted.

Department:

A human resources (HR) department performs human resource management functions, such as finding, hiring, training, and supporting new employees. Its function includes: Reviewing resumes. Keeping track of employee information. Human Resource activities fall under 7 core functions: Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employment Law and Compliance, Compensation and Benefits and Administration, and Payroll & HR Systems. One of HR's primary roles is managing payment and benefits for an organization's staff.

If you want to separately assign Human resource functionality then go to Department[1] option to find the Department List[2], SL[3], Name[4], Details[5], Status[6], Action[7] below the Select[8] option here to Edit or Delete any of department which you already included. Click on Add New Department [9] to see the new interface like fill in the Name[10], and Details[11] about your HR department, also you can your Status Active or Inactive[12] & hit the Save[13] button.

Attendance:

Attendance Management keeps track of your employee hours. It is the system you use to document the time your employees work and the time they take off. Attendance Management can be done by recording employee hours on paper, using spreadsheets, punching time cards, or using online attendance software for your company. Managing the attendance of employees is one of the significant responsibilities in HR operations.

If you want to check on the Attendance[1] on the role that already you assign then go to the Human Resource dashboard to find the Select Role[2], fixed the Date[3] & hit the Search[4] option to recheck to the attendance status. However, you can check on the ID[5], Name[6], and Attendance[7] separately and mark the present, late, absent or Holiday. You can write a Note[8] for taking a piece of important information & Save[9] it. Drafting a clear attendance policy that lists rules and expectations is the first step to effective attendance management. It helps you run your business efficiently and reduce unscheduled absenteeism. The policy should outline how to request time off and the consequences of not following attendance procedures. The attendance process calculates the working days, non-working days (weekly offs, leaves, and holidays), loss of pay days, etc for all employees. The attendance process formats the attendance data so that it is easily synced with the Leave and Payroll modules.

Attendance Report:

The Student Attendance Report provides an attendance history for counting present, Late, absent and holidays including the ID of staff, attendance present, and attendance status. Managing the attendance of employees is one of the significant responsibilities in HR operations. Regular attendance is of vital importance to the successful performance of employees' jobs. Each absence unfairly burdens employees' co-workers and supervisor(s). Therefore, all employees are expected to report to work on time every day they are scheduled to work and to maintain a satisfactory record of attendance.


Short Direction: {AmazCart> Human Resource> Attendance Report> Select Criteria}


There is the procedure of Attendance Report[1] functionality that you can find in the Human Resource section on the AmazCart Dashboard. Find the Select Criteria[2] below from Select Role[3], Select Month[4], Year[5] & hit the Search button to check on the exact Data attendance report list. However, you can print on the Attendance Report, or recheck on the ID[7] of the attendance list, Staff[8] status condition who are assigned as admin or sub-admin panel. Also you can see the Staff ID[9], P for present[10], L for Late[11], A for Absent[12], H for Holiday[13], & present[14]. Weekly determine the attendance percentage. (Number of Members Present or Made Up) divided by (Number of Members Used in Calculating Attendance) multiplied by 100 equals the weekly attendance percentage. It's quite easy to find your attendance percentage of yours. Let the total number of days of attendance be x. And the number of days a student is present be y. Then the percentage of attendance is equal to ((y/x)*100).

Event:

Human resources management in event and conference planning is an important team that both protects the company legally and supports the hiring and management of staff members. The HR department ensures safety steps are taken, hours are regulated, physical limitations are considered, and staffing needs are met. They are especially important in the event management industry because of their obligation to hire employees who will thrive in the industry and ensure that proper support and training are provided, which of course leads to successful events.

It’s highly important to manage the event or any schedule that want to take from your Human Resources management system. If you want to Add your plan then go to the Event[1] option to find the Add Event[2], put on the name of Title[3], For Whom[4], Location[5], Start Date[6], To end Date[7], also you can write down on the details from Description[8] box. Select the picture or relevant image on your event to Browse the File[9]. However, you can check on the Event List[11]  that you already add as its Title[12], For Whom[13], Start Date[14], To Date[15], Location[16], also click on the Action[17] below the Select[18] option with edit & delete section here to rewrite any of event. Events are important because they allow for a more intimate and engaging experience with your audience which ultimately leaves a lasting impression and one that is more memorable than passive viewing of a more traditional form of advertising. Helps everyone achieve their goal. Allows each brand to cohesively mingle. Is unique enough to capture the attention of everyone's target audiences.

Holiday Setup:

A good holiday management system intertwines with your time off policy. It ensures that every employee's leave balance is updated based on the time off they avail. This way, you need not spend time cross-checking if staff is sticking to their allotted holiday count. You'd fill out their name, their department, employee number, and hire date. When someone takes leave (whether a holiday, a sick day or any leave type) you'd pull out their calendar and add their leave dates. On the other side, you can add up their sick hours and holiday hours.

The Holiday setup[1] is so important to the HRM system if you want to reorganise this holiday section then go to the Human Resource panel to see the new interface. Fill on the Year[2], the reason or Name of the Holiday[3], Select Type[4], and Date[5], there is another option from here the Plus option[7] to add more holiday facilities & hit the Submit[8] button. A leave policy is a document that lays down the rules and regulations related to various types of leaves that an employee can avail of. A leave policy sets out the various types of leaves for different situations like vacation, sickness, maternity, grief, etc.
