FAQ Category
An FAQ category (Frequently Asked Questions) is a section typically found on websites or platforms that organizes common questions and answers about specific topics. It’s designed to help users quickly find solutions or information without needing to contact support. Each category groups similar questions together for easier navigation, such as “Account Issues,” “Billing Questions,” or “Product Features.”
From here you can add a new faq category. To do that just follow the below steps:
FAQ Category Name: Set the title of the faq category.
Save: Click to save the category.
On the left side you can see all the faq category lists with details. Such as:
Position: You can see the position of the category. And if you want you can rearrange the category.
SL: You can see the serial number of the position.
Category Name: You can see the name of the category.
Action: In this column you can see two actions. Click on the edit icon to modify the category and few want to remove click on delete icon.

Search: You can find out any specific category from the list using the search functionality.
