By adding a custom menu item to your Front CMS, you create a dedicated landing page where results can be queried publicly. This is ideal for high-traffic result release days.
Navigate: Go to Front CMS > Menu.
Select Menu: Locate the Custom Link in the list of Add Header Menu.
Configure Menu Item:
Title: Enter "CBSE Exam Result".
Link: Enter your website URL followed by /cbseexamresult.
Example: https://your school-domain.com/cbseexamresult
Save: Click the [Add Menu] button.
Once saved, the new tab will appear in the Menu Item List on the right side.
Reorder: Use the Drag and Drop feature to move the "CBSE Exam Result" tab to your preferred position (e.g., next to 'Home' or 'About Us').
Edit/Delete: Use the Pencil (Edit) or Trash (Delete) icons in the action column to modify the link or remove it entirely.
Once the tab is live on your front website, the process for the user is simple:
Visit Website: The student goes to the school’s official homepage.
Click Tab: Select the CBSE Exam Result tab from the navigation menu.
Search Criteria: * Select Exam: Choose the specific examination from the dropdown list.
Admission No: Enter the unique student Admission Number.
View Result: Click [Search]. The system will fetch and display the student's marks, grades, and percentage directly on the page.
