The Exam Schedule page provides a consolidated view of all examinations that have been successfully configured and published. It allows you to monitor subject counts, timing, and room allocations at a glance.
Navigate to: CBSE Exam > Exam Schedule
Once you open the module, the Exam Schedule list will populate on the right side of the dashboard. This list automatically displays exams that meet the following criteria:
Created in the Exam Module.
Subjects Assigned with specific dates and times.
Published (Status set to "Published" in the Exam settings).
For every scheduled exam, the system provides a high-level summary of the logistical details:
Exam Title: The name of the examination (e.g., Annual Board Finals).
Subject Count: The total number of subjects included in that specific exam.
Schedule Details: A breakdown of the following for each subject:
Exam Date: The specific day the test is conducted.
Start Time: The official commencement time.
Duration: The total time allotted (displayed in minutes).
Room Number: The designated physical location for the students.
