Step 1: Certificate Type Creation
- Navigate to the Certificate Module and select "Type."
- Provide a name for the certificate type (e.g., term exam certificate).
- Specify whether the certificate is applicable for students, staff, or both.
- Choose a shortcode for the certificate.
- Save the settings.
After successful creation, the certificate type will be displayed on the right side.
Step 2: Certificate Template Design
- Navigate to the Certificate Module and select "Template."
- Click on "+Add" to create a new template.
- Fill in details such as template name, certificate type, page layout, image settings, and more.
- Upload background, signature, and logo images.
- Set the QR code size and background image.
- Click "Save Template" to store the settings.
Step 3: Certificate Design Adjustment
- Go to the list of templates and click on "Design" under the action button.
- Position elements by dragging and dropping.
- Customize certificate number, QR code, certificate name, and issue date styles.
- Click "Reset Design" to revert to default positions.
- Save changes.
Step 4: Generate Certificates
- Go to "Student Certificate" or "Staff Certificate."
- Choose the class, section, exam, and certificate type.
- Click "Search" to view the list of students.
- Select students for whom you want to generate certificates.
- Click "Generate" to create certificates.
Step 5: Manage Generated Certificates
View the list of generated certificates, and manage options like printing copies per page, setting a certificate prefix, and more.

Under the "Setting" menu, adjust options like certificate number prefix and the number of copies to print on a page.
