You can search evaluation report by selecting criteria Class[1] Subject[2] Section[3] Teacher[4] Submitted By[5] and click on SEARCH[6].
After searching criteria, you will show the evaluation reports.

Once the evaluation process is complete, the “Pending Evaluation Report” will be finalized and may result in an “Approved Evaluation Report” or another outcome based on the assessment criteria and standards.
You have to search report according to criteria by selecting Class[1], Subject[2], Section[3], Teacher[4], Submitted By[5] and click on SEARCH[6].
After search operation, you will show the evaluation reports according to your search.

This report is generated based on the evaluation and feedback collected from various sources, including classroom observations, student assessments, peer reviews, and self-assessments. It aims to provide insights into a teacher's strengths, areas for improvement, and contributions to the educational institution.
You have to search report according to criteria by selecting TEACHER[1], SUBMITTED BY[2] and click on SEARCH[3].
From here you can set both evaluation setting and submission setting.
From here you can set the evaluation setting. You can set if the evaluation is enable or disable. You can also set if the evaluation is approved auto or not. After setting just click on save button your setting will be updated.
Submission Setting:
From here you can also set the submission setting. You can set who can submit the evaluation and also set which time you can submit the evaluation.After setting that just click on save button your setting will be updated.
