2. Core ComponentsTo utilize the module effectively, it is essential to understand its three pillars:

Follow these phases to successfully conduct an online examination.
Phase 1: Structure & CategorizationBefore adding questions, define your groups.
Navigate to Online Exam > Question Group.
Add titles for your subject areas. This ensures that when your question bank grows, content remains findable.
Navigate to Online Exam > Question Bank.
Select the Group, Class, and Section.
Choose the Question Type:
Multiple Choice: Set options and designate the correct answer for auto-grading.
True/False: Ideal for quick knowledge checks.
Fill in the Blanks: Requires precise student input.
Assign marks for each question and save.
Phase 3: Exam ConfigurationTransform your bank of questions into a formal test.
Navigate to Online Exam > Online Exam.
Setup Rules: Select the Class, Section, and Subject.
Define Schedule: Set the Date, Start Time, and End Time.
Availability: Input the Minimum Percentage required to pass and specific instructions for the students.
Select Questions: Pull questions from your Question Bank into the specific exam instance.
Once an exam status is set to Published, students will see it in their dashboard under Examinations > Online Exam.
Taking the Exam: The "Take Exam" button becomes active only at the scheduled start time.
Submission: Upon completion, students submit their answers digitally.
Objective Questions: System automatically calculates marks based on the Question Bank keys.
Subjective Questions: If applicable, teachers can view submissions and manually input marks.
Publishing Results: Once finalized, administrators can toggle the "Published" status to allow students to view their performance and marks.
