How to Set Up Incidents in University Module

Incidents

Incidents refer to unexpected events or situations that occur within a school or institution, such as rule violations, accidents, or disciplinary issues. These are recorded for monitoring, reporting, and taking necessary actions. 

From here you can see all the incident lists from here. Such as:

  • Title: you can see the title of the student.

  • Point: You can see the point of every incident.

  • Description: You can see the description of the incidents.

  • Actions: You can perform multiple actions from here.

By clicking the Select button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:

  • Edit: Modify incident details or update information.

  • Delete: Remove an incident record from the system.

Search: You can find out any specific incident from the list using the search functionality.

Export Data: You can export the data table from here.

Add: By clicking this you can add a new incident. To add new incident just follow the below steps:

  • Title: Set the title of the incident.

  • Point: Set the point of the incident.

  • Is Negative Incident: If the incident is negative the click on the checkbox and the incident will be listed as negative incident.

  • Description: Set the description of the incidents.

  • Save: Click to save the incident.
