How to Work with Bank Payment in University Module

Bank Payment

Bank payment is a fee payment made through a bank via cash, cheque, transfer, or online banking. It is secure and trackable.

Here, you can view all bank payment records with detailed information, including:

  • Admission No: Displays the student's unique admission number.

  • Student Name: Shows the name of the student.

  • Installment: Indicates the installment or payment cycle.

  • Date: The date when the payment was made.

  • Amount: The total amount paid.

  • Bank: The name of the bank through which the payment was processed.

  • Note: Any additional remarks related to the payment.

  • Slip: Upload or view the bank payment receipt/slip.

  • Status: Shows whether the payment is Pending, Verified, or Rejected.

  • Actions: Options to View, Verify, or Download payment details.


Advanced Filter: You can find out any previous session balance fees by using the advanced search filter. To do that just follow the below steps:

  • Session: Select the session.

  • Faculty: Select the faculty.

  • Department: Select the department.

  • Academic: Select the academic.

  • Semester: Select the semester.

  • Semester Label: Select the semester label.

  • Section: Select the section.

  • Status: Set the status

  • Search: Click to see the result.


Search: You can find out any specific bank payment from list by using the search functionality.
