Payroll Report
A payroll report provides details of employee earnings, deductions, and net pay for a specific period. It helps track salary payments, taxes, and other payroll-related information. From here you can see all the staff’s payroll reports with details.
To see the payroll report just follow the below steps:
Role: Select the role for which you want to see the report.
Month: Select the month for which you want to see the report.
Year: Select the year.
Search: Click to see the payroll reports.
After clicking the search button you can see all payroll reports with details. Such as:
Staff Name: You can see the staff name.
Role: You can see the role of the staff.
Description: You can see the description.
Month-Year: You can see the month-year of the payroll.
Payslip: You can see the payslip number.
Basic Salary: You can see the basic salary of the staff.
Earnings: You can see the extra earnings of the staff.
Deductions: You can see the deduction amount of the staff.
Leave Deductions: You can see the leave deductions of the staff.
Gross Salary: You can see the gross salary of the staff.
Tax: You can see the tax if any.
Net Salary: You can see the net salary of the staff.
Search: You can find out any specific payroll from the list by using the search functionality.
Export Data: You can export the data table from here.
