Human Resource: From here, you can manage your human resources. You can add staff, record their attendance, track instructor attendance, view attendance reports, and access HR settings.
How to Active Human Resource Module in InfixLMS:
InfixLMS should be pre-installed on your server.
Purchase the Human Resource Module for InfixLMS.
Download the Human Resource Module from the InfixLMS portal.
Upload Human Resource Module From System Setting> Module Manager.
Setup the Human Resource Module App and configure it.

Assigning Staff to Departments: Within the user profiles, assign each staff member to their respective department. This can often be done by selecting the appropriate department from a menu or by editing the staff member's profile and specifying their department affiliation.
Department Setup: Set up departments or teams within the HR module. Each department should have a unique identifier and name, such as "Marketing," "Sales," or "IT."
Staff: Here, you can view the complete staff list, including details such as staff name, email, phone number, role, status, department, registered date, and available actions.

By clicking on the select button you can do many things.
Secret Login: By clicking this button, you can easily access any account directly from the admin panel.
Edit: By clicking this button you can edit any staff.
Delete: By clicking this button you can delete any staff.
View: By clicking this you can see the details of a staff.
After clicking the button you can see the staff profile.
After clicking on documents you can see the document list.
By clicking the "Upload" button, you can upload a new document.
By clicking on the select button you can download and delete documents.
Leave: By clicking this button you can see the leave list of the staff. You can also view the leave details from here.
Resume: By clicking this button you can see the resume of the staff.
Add New: From here, you can add new staff. To do so, click on the "Add New" button, then fill in the following details: Name, Email, Phone, Password, Department, Role, Date of Birth, Current Address, Permanent Address, Opening Balance, Profile Picture, and whether they are "Applicable for Leave." Additionally, you need to fill in the Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Name, Account Number, Date of Joining, Basic Salary, Employment Type, and Probation Time. After filling up this just click on save new stuff will be created successfully.
Attendance: From here, you can take attendance for student. First, select the class and date, then click on "Search." You will see the class for which you want to take attendance.
From here, you can mark attendance by selecting whether someone is present, absent, late, or on holiday. Simply place a checkmark in the appropriate box to record the status.
You can also note the entry time and leaving time.
You also have a note input field for adding any relevant notes while marking attendance.
After setting up this just click on the save button your attendance will be updated successfully.
Instructor Attendance: From this section, you can manage instructor attendance. Start by selecting the desired date for attendance. Then, click "Search" to display the attendance sheet for that specific date.
From here, you can mark attendance by selecting whether someone is present, absent, late, or on holiday. Simply place a checkmark in the appropriate box to record the status.
If any instructor is late you can note down their late hour in the input field.
You also have a note input field for adding any relevant notes while marking attendance.
Once you have marked the attendance, simply click the "Save" button to successfully record it.
Attendance Report:
The Student Attendance Report provides an attendance history for counting present, Late, absent and holidays including the ID of staff, attendance present, and attendance status. Managing the attendance of employees is one of the significant responsibilities in HR operations. Regular attendance is of vital importance to the successful performance of employees' jobs. Each absence unfairly burdens employees' co-workers and supervisor(s). Therefore, all employees are expected to report to work on time every day they are scheduled to work and to maintain a satisfactory record of attendance.
Short Direction: {AmazCart> Human Resource> Attendance Report> Select Criteria> Select Role> Select Month> Year> Search> Attendance Report Print> ID> Staff> Staff ID> P> L> A> H> Present.}
There is the procedure of Attendance Report[1] functionality that you can find in the Human Resource section on the AmazCart Dashboard. Find the Select Criteria[2] below from Select Role[3], Select Month[4], Year[5] & hit the Search button to check on the exact Data attendance report list. However, you can print on the Attendance Report, or recheck on the ID[7] of the attendance list, Staff[8] status condition who are assigned as admin or sub-admin panel. Also you can see the Staff ID[9], P for present[10], L for Late[11], A for Absent[12], H for Holiday[13], & present[14]. On a weekly basis determine the attendance percentage. (Number of Members Present or Made Up) divided by (Number of Members Used in Calculating Attendance) multiplied by 100 equals the weekly attendance percentage. It's quite easy to find your attendance percentage of yours. Let the total number of days of attendance be x. And the number of days a student is present be y. Then the percentage of attendance is equal to ((y/x)*100).
HR Settings: From here you can set if the staff can view the course or not.
