Ticket List:

From here you can see all the support ticket lists. You can see the user name, ticket, assign agent name and action.




You can use the advanced filter from here.





You can export the data from.





By clicking the select button you can show, edit & delete the ticket.





Click the "Add New" button to create a new ticket. Then, select the Subject, Category, Priority, User List, Status, and assign the ticket to the appropriate person. Finally, click the "Create Ticket" button to complete the process.
