Start with Settings and go to View Settings where you can customize options like Color, Introduction Text, and Welcome Message, then click Update.
Next, configure the Functional Settings, including Agent Type, Availability, Showing Page, Popup Open Initially, Show Unavailable Agent in Popup, Disable for Admin Panel, Home Page URL, Primary Number, and WhatsApp Bubble Logo, then click Update again.
Finally, go to Layout Settings, choose a layout, and click Update to complete the setup.
Add Agent:

To assign a new agent in WhatsApp, follow these steps:
Go to Agent and select Add New Agent to create one. Enter the Name, Designation, and Number of the agent. Upload an Avatar (profile picture), set the Status as active or inactive, and choose whether the agent is Always Available (yes or no).
You can also Apply All Days or mark specific days individually. Finally, click Update to save the settings.
