Attendance
Attendance refers to the process of recording whether employees or students are present, absent, late, on holiday, or on vacation, helping track participation and manage records efficiently.
From here, you can view all attendance records along with key details, such as:
Date: Displays the date of the attendance record.
Present: Shows the total number of employees marked present.
Late: Shows the total number of employees marked late.
Absent: Shows the total number of employees marked absent.
Leave/Vacation: Shows the number of employees on leave or vacation.
Holiday: Shows the number of holidays recorded.
Total: Displays the total count of employees in the record.
Action: From here you can perform multiple actions.
By clicking the Select option, you can perform multiple actions, such as:
Show: View the detailed attendance record.
Edit: Modify the existing attendance record.
Delete: Remove the attendance record from the list.
Search: You can find out any specific record from the list using search functionality.
Hide & Show: You can hide & show the details from here.
Taken: You can take attendance by clicking the button.
Import: By clicking this you can import the attendance.
