Passport

This section allows you to record and manage employees’ passport information in detail. You can store the passport number, issuing country, issue date, and expiry date to keep proper documentation. It helps in tracking passport validity, ensuring timely renewals, and maintaining accurate employee identification records for official and travel purposes.

From here you can see all the passport lists with details. Such as:

• Employee ID: Displays the unique ID of the employee.

• Name: Shows the employee’s name.

• Passport No: Displays the passport number of the employee.

• Place of Issue: Shows the location where the passport was issued.

• Profession in Passport: Displays the profession listed on the passport.

• Date of Issue: Shows the date when the passport was issued.

• Expiry Date: Displays the passport’s expiration date.

• Action: From here you can perform multiple actions.

  
  

By clicking the select button you can perform multiple actions. Such as:

  Passport Renewal: From here you can renew your passport . To renew the passport just follow these below steps:

  • Employee: Select the employee whose passport you want to renew.

  • Search: Click to see the renewal process.

    After clicking the search button just follow the below steps to renew the passport. Such as:

    • Name: Displays the name of the passport holder.

    • Employee ID: Shows the employee ID of the passport holder.

    • Passport Number: Displays the passport number.

    • Place of Issue: Shows the place where the passport was issued. You can update it if needed.

    • Profession in the Passport: Displays the profession listed on the passport. You can edit it if required.

    • Passport Date of Issue: Shows the passport’s issue date. You can modify it if necessary.

    • Passport Expiry Date: Displays the passport’s expiry date. You can update it if needed.

    • Update: Click this button to renew or update the passport information.
