How to Work with Product Consume in InfixManpower

Product Consume

Product consumption refers to the record of items or materials used from inventory for production, projects, or operations, helping track consumption and manage stock efficiently.

From here, you can view all product consumption records with details:

  • Date: The date of product consumption.

  • Project Name: The name of the project using the products.

  • Project Code: The project code.

  • Total Item: The total number of items consumed.

  • Is Approved: Status indicating whether the consumption is approved.

  • Action: From here you can perform multiple actions.





By clicking the Action button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:

  • Approved: Approve the product consumption record.

  • Edit: Modify the existing consumption details.

  • Delete: Remove the record from the list.

  • Details: View complete details of the consumption entry.




Search: You can find out any specific consumed product from the list using the search functionality.




Hide & Show: You can hide & show the column from here.




New Product Consume: To add a new product consumption entry, click the Add button and follow these steps:

  • Date: Set the date when the product was consumed.

  • Project Name: Select and set the project name.

  • Items: Select and set the items to be consumed.

  • Item: View the selected item here.

  • Total QTY: Displays the total available quantity of the item.

  • Consume QTY: Enter the quantity consumed.

  • Comment: Add any remarks if needed.

  • Action: Click the delete icon to remove an item from the list.

  • Save: Click to save and add the new product consumption record.
