How to Work with Returned Product in InfixManpower

Returned Product

A Returned Product refers to any item that is sent back to the supplier or vendor due to reasons such as defects, incorrect delivery, or order cancellation. It helps track and manage product returns for accurate inventory and financial records.

From here, you can view all returned products along with their details:

  • Date: The date the product was returned.

  • Project: The project associated with the returned product.

  • Requisition No: The related requisition number.

  • Is Approved: Indicates whether the return has been approved.

  • Action: Perform multiple actions such as view, edit, approve, or delete.




By clicking the Select button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:

  • Details: View the complete details of the returned product.




Search: You can find out any specific report from the list using the search functionality.




Hide & Show: You can hide & show any kind of column from here.




Add Return: To create a new return, click the Add button and complete the following details:

  • Date: Set the return date.

  • Voucher No: Enter the voucher number.

  • Project Code: Select the project code.

  • Project Name: Select the project name.

  • Purchased Order: Choose the related purchase order.

  • Items: Select the items to return.

  • Supplier Account: Choose the supplier account.

  • Account Code: Enter the account code.

  • VAT Number: Enter the VAT number.

  • Attachment: Upload any supporting documents if needed.

Item Details:

  • Item: View the item name.

  • Ledger: View the ledger name.

  • QTY: Set the quantity to return.

  • Price: View the item price.

  • VAT: View the VAT applied.

  • Total Price: View the total price for the item.

  • Action: Click the delete icon to remove the item from the list.

Totals:

  • Total Amount Without VAT: Total cost excluding VAT.

  • VAT Amount: VAT applied to the total.

  • Total Amount: Final total including VAT.
