Leave Salary
Leave salary is the portion of an employee’s salary that is paid for approved leave days, such as casual leave, sick leave, or vacation leave. This ensures that employees receive compensation even when they are absent from work, provided the leave is sanctioned according to company policies
From here you can see all the leave salary lists with details. Such as:
Date: The date the leave salary was recorded.
Employee ID: The unique ID of the employee.
Name: The name of the employee.
Leave Salary Amount: The amount paid for the leave.
Travel Expense: Any travel allowances associated with the leave.
Due Amount: Any pending amount to be paid.
Net Amount: Total payable amount after adjustments.
Status: Current status of the leave salary.
Action: By clicking you can perform multiple actions.
By clicking the action button you can perform multiple actions. Such as:
Show: View record details.
Approve: Approve the record.
Cancel: Cancel the record.
Edit: Update or modify the record.
Delete: Remove the record permanently.
Search: You can find out any specific leave salary from the list using search functionality.
Hide & Show: From here you can hide & show columns.
Add Leave Type Salary: If you want to add new leave type salary then just click on the button and follow the below steps:
First select the employee for who you want to add the leave type salary and click the search button to see the results.
Reset: Click to reset the filter and search again.
After clicking the search button you can see the details and set the leave type salary. Such as:
Employee Name: Displays the employee’s name.
Employee ID: Shows the employee’s ID number.
Phone Number: Displays the employee’s contact number.
IQAMA Number: Shows the employee’s IQAMA number.
Category of Leave: Select and set the leave category.
Day Params: Define the day parameters for leave.
Amount Params: Define the amount parameters for calculation.
Date: Select the relevant date.
Basic Salary: Displays the employee’s basic salary.
Joining Date: Shows the employee’s joining date.
Previous Departure: Displays the last departure date.
Returned From Vacation: Shows the return date from the last vacation.
Current Departure: Displays the current departure date.
No. of Days Leave Salary: Enter the number of leave salary days.
Leave Salary Amount: Displays/sets the calculated leave salary amount.
No. of Days for Ticket: Enter the ticket days.
Ticket Price: Enter the ticket price.
Travel Expense: Enter applicable travel expenses.
Due Amount: Displays the pending amount.
Net Amount: Shows the total payable amount after all adjustments.
Save: Save the leave salary record.
