How to Add New Scale in Payroll in InfixManpower

Payroll scale defines the salary structure or pay grade for employees, including basic pay, allowances, and deductions, helping standardize employee compensation.

From here you can see all the payroll scale lists with details. Such as:

  • Grade Name: You can see the scale grade name.

  • Action: From here you can perform multiple actions.




    By clicking the Action button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:

    • View: See the details of the payroll scale.

    • Edit: Modify the payroll scale information.

    • Delete: Remove the payroll scale from the list.



    Add New Scale: From here you can add a new scale. To add a new scale just follow the below steps:

    Grade Name: Set the grade name.

    Basic Salary: Set the basic salary.

    Status: Set the status of the scale.

    Overtime: If an employee works overtime, click the checkbox to record it.

    Overtime (Per Hour): Set the overtime rate per hour.

    Addition: Click addition  to add any extra allowances or bonuses.

    •  Name: Name of the addition (e.g., Housing, Bonus).

    • Amount: Enter the amount for this addition.

    • Is Fixed: Enable if this addition is fixed every month.

    • Delete: Click the icon to delete the allowance.

    Deduction: Click deduction to add any deductions.

    • Name: Name of the deduction (e.g., Rent, Loan).

    • Amount: Enter the amount for this deduction.

    • Is Fixed: Enable if this deduction is fixed every month.

    • Delete: Click the icon to delete the deduction.


    From here you can see the scale summary table. Such as:

    • Basic Salary: You can see the basic salary amount.

    • Addition: You can see the additional amount.

    • Deduction Amount: You can see the deduction amount.

    • Total Amount: You can see the total amount.

    • Save: Click to save the new scale.
