Pay Salary
The pay salary feature is used to disburse employees’ salaries after completing all necessary calculations. It includes basic salary, allowances, overtime, leave salary, and other earnings, along with applicable deductions such as absences, advances, or penalties. Once all adjustments are applied, the net payable amount is finalized and processed for payment.
From here you can see all the pay salary lists with details. Such as:
Date: The date the salary was paid.
Employee ID: Unique identification number of the employee.
Type: The type of salary (e.g., regular, partial, leave, final).
Paid Till Month: The month up to which the salary has been paid.
Total Amount: The total calculated salary amount.
Paid Amount: The actual amount disbursed.
Is Approved: Indicates whether the salary payment has been approved.
Action: From here you can perform multiple Actions.
By clicking the select option you can perform multiple actions. Such as:
Approve: Approve the salary record.
Edit: Modify the salary details.
Delete: Remove the salary record.
Search: You can find out any specific paid salary from the list using search functionality.
Hide & Show: You can hide & show the columns from here.
Add Pay Salary: You can add pay salary from here. To add a pay salary just click on add button and follow the below steps:
Employee: Select the employee to whom you want to pay the salary.
Type: Select if you want to pay the salary or other pay.
Search: Click to see the pay salary table.
Reset: Click to reset the filter and search again.
After clicking the search button you can see the pay salary table. From here you can pay the salary. To create the pay salary just follow the below steps:
Date: Set the date of the salary payment.
Payment Type: Choose the payment method .
Payment From Account: Select the account from which the payment will be made.
Select Sub Account: Choose and set the sub account for the payment.
Paid Till Month: Specify the month up to which the salary is being paid.
Year: Select the payroll year.
Comment: Add any notes or remarks about the payment.
Total Payment Amount: Enter the total salary amount to be paid.
Save: Click to save and confirm the payment.
From here you can see all the regular based salaries. Such as:
Year: You can see the year.
Month: You can see the month.
Total: You can see the total salary.
Paying: By clicking it you can delete the regular based salary from the list.
