How to Allocate Employee in InfixManpower

Employee Allocation

Employee allocation is the process of assigning employees to specific tasks, projects, or roles based on their skills, availability, and workload to ensure optimal productivity and resource utilization.

By clicking the employee allocate button you can allocate a new employee. To allocate employee just follow the below steps:

  • Date: The date the employee was allocated to the project.

  • Project: The project to which the employee is assigned.

  • Employee: The employee’s unique ID or reference.

  • Name: The name of the employee.

  • Trade: The trade or role of the employee in the project.

  • Release Date: The date the employee is released from the project.

  • Save: Click to allocate the employee successfully.



    From here, you can see the complete list of allocated employees with their details, such as:

    • Date: The date the allocation was made.

    • Customer: The customer associated with the project.

    • Project: The project where the employee is allocated.

    • Voucher Number: The voucher number related to the allocation.

    • Requisition Approval Number: The approval number for the requisition.

    • Approved: Shows whether the allocation has been approved.

    • Action: From here you can perform multiple actions.




      By clicking the Select option, you can perform multiple actions, such as:

      • Details: View the complete details of the allocated employee.

      • Edit: Modify the allocation information.




        Search: If you want to find out any specific allocated employee from the list by using the search functionality.




        Hide & Show: From here, you can choose which columns you want to display or hide.
