Project Budget

A detailed summary that shows the planned and actual budget for projects, helping track expenses, compare costs, and manage financial resources effectively.

From here, you can view all budget reports with complete details.
To do this, follow the steps below:

• Customer: Select the customer whose project budget you want to view.

• Project: Select the project for which you want to see the budget.

• Search: Click to display the budget report.

• Reset: Click to clear all filters and start a new search.

After clicking the Search button, you can view the project budget table with the following details:

• Cost Category: Displays the name of the cost category.

• Main Value: Shows the main allocated budget value.

• Additional Value: Shows any additional allocated budget value.

• Total Value: Displays the sum of the Main Value and Additional Value.
