Profit & Loss Report
From here, you can view the financial performance of projects or the organization, including revenues, expenses, and net profit or loss, helping in analyzing profitability and making informed business decisions.
To see the report you can use the advanced filter. Such as:
Customer: Select the customer for whom you want to see the report.
Project: Select the project for which you want to see the report.
Search: Click to generate the filtered report.
Reset: Click to clear all selections and start over.
From here you can see the profit & lose report with details. Such as:
Project Code: Unique code of the project.
Name: Name of the project.
Contract Value: Total value of the project contract.
Invoice Amount: Amount invoiced to date.
Actual Direct Cost: Direct costs already incurred
Actual Indirect Cost (10%): Indirect costs calculated as 10%.
Cost Variance: Difference between cost and invoicing.
Cost Variance in Percentage: Percentage representation of cost variance.
Remaining Invoicing: Amount yet to be invoiced.
Cash in Retention: Retained amount not yet released.
Total Remaining Invoicing: Combined total of remaining and retention invoicing.
Direct Balance Cost: Remaining direct costs.
Indirect Balance Cost (10%): Remaining indirect costs.
Total Balance Cost (Direct & Indirect): Overall remaining costs.
Total Invoicing (Actual + Remaining): Sum of actual and pending invoicing.
Total Cost (Actual + To Complete): Combined actual and balance costs.
Total Cost Variance: Difference between invoicing and costs.
P & L: Final profit or loss amount.
