Project Budget
A project budget is the planned amount of money set aside to complete a project. It includes all estimated costs such as labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses. Managing the project budget helps ensure the work is completed without overspending.
From here, you can see the complete list of project budgets with their details, such as:
Date: The date the budget was created or recorded.
Customer: The customer associated with the project.
Project Name: The name of the project.
Budget Type: The category or type of budget.
Voucher No: You can see the voucher no.
Amount: The total budget amount.
File: Any file or document attached to the budget.
Status: The current status of the budget (e.g., pending, approved).
Actions: From here you can perform multiple actions.
By clicking the Select button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:
Details: View the full details of the project budget.
Edit: Make changes to the budget information.
Search: You can find out any specific project budget from the list by using the search functionality.
Hide & Show: From here, you can choose which columns you want to display or hide.
Add Project Budget: By clicking this button, you can add a new project budget. After clicking, follow the steps below:
Customer: Select the customer name.
Additional Project Budget: Enter any additional budget amount.
Project Name: Select or enter the project name.
Date: Set the date for the budget entry.
Document: Upload any related documents if needed.
Ledger: Choose the ledger account.
Ledger Code: Enter the ledger code.
Value: Set the budget value.
Save: Click to save the project budget.
Add Ledger Details/Cost Category: If you want to add more ledger details or cost categories, just click the button and enter the information.
