Any Courses, Quizzes, or Classes that have been canceled or refunded after enrollment will be recorded in this section. This provides a centralized view for tracking all canceled and refunded enrollments for better transparency and management.
The Advanced Filter feature allows administrators to refine the list based on multiple criteria, including Course, Student, Status, Type, and Date. By applying these filters, the system will display results according to the selected parameters, enabling more efficient data segmentation and analysis.
You can configure pagination settings and quickly locate specific records using the Quick Search field. Additionally, this section allows you to export your data and customize table column visibility according to your preferences.
From the Refund & Cancellation List, administrators can access the Action menu to view the reason associated with any course, quiz, or class cancellation or refund request. This ensures transparency and provides clear insight into user-initiated or system-driven refund and cancellation activities.
By clicking the Reason button, you can see the reason of cancel or refund.
