In this option, you can configure State and review the list of all the states you have already configured.  

To add a new STATE, just click on NEW STATE.

After you click on NEW STATE, You will be redirected to another page where you can enter information for COUNTRY[1] and STATE NAME[2].

Now click on CREATE.

Now, go back to your State page. You can review the list of all the States configured under a specific country.

To review the State list, fill in the COUNTRY field.

Now, click on GET LIST.

I have just added Nunavut as a new state here. As you can see, it has been added to this list.
