Banking
The Banking section allows you to manage all bank-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. From here, you can view and track all banking activities with details such as date, account, transaction ID, amount, and status.
From the Banking section, you can view a list of all banking transactions with details such as:
Date: The date of the transaction.
Account: The bank account associated with the transaction.
Balance: The current balance in the account.
Reconciled: Indicates whether the transaction has been reconciled.
Uploaded By: The user who uploaded the transaction.
Actions: By clicking this you can perform multiple actions.
Search: You can find out any specific banking information from the list by using the search functionality.
Export Data: You can export the data table from here.
By clicking the Select button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:
View: See detailed information about the banking transaction.
Reconciled: Mark the transaction as reconciled.
Check Completed: Confirm the transaction has been completed.
Delete: Remove the transaction from the list.
Upload Banking Transaction:
By clicking this, you can upload a banking transaction file. Follow these steps:
Upload:
Account: Select the account where you want to upload the file.
Sample File Download: Download the sample Excel file to input banking data in the correct format.
Choose Excel File: Browse and select the Excel file you want to upload.
Next Button: Click to proceed to the Map Data section.
Date: Select the date field from the dropdown according to the company field.
Description: Select the description field from the dropdown according to the company field.
Amount: Select the amount field from the dropdown according to the company field.
Balance: Select the balance field from the dropdown according to the balance field.
Next Button: Click to proceed to the Import Data section.
Import:
From here, you can see the following data:
Date: The date inputted in the Excel file.
Description: The description inputted in the Excel file.
Amount: The amount inputted in the Excel file.
Balance: The balance inputted in the Excel file.
Import Now: Click the button to import your Excel file.
