Transaction
A transaction refers to any financial exchange between parties. It includes records of payments, receipts, or transfers of funds. Transactions are typically recorded in accounting systems to track financial activities and ensure accurate reporting.
In the Transaction section, you can view a list of all transactions along with their details, including:
Date: The date the transaction was recorded.
Ledger Account: The account associated with the transaction. If you click on the account it will show you the account report.
Txn ID: A unique identifier for the transaction.
Note: Additional details or descriptions about the transaction.
Amount: The total value of the transaction.
Debit: The amount debited from the account.
Credit: The amount credited to the account.
If you want to find a specific ledger account transaction, you can use the Advanced Filter feature. Follow these steps:
Company: Select the company for which you want to view transactions.
Branch: Choose the branch related to the transaction.
Ledger Account: Select the specific ledger account.
Date From: Set the starting date for the transaction search.
Date To: Set the ending date for the transaction search.
Search: Click this button to filter and view the transactions.
Reset: Click this button to clear all filters and reset the search.
Print: Click this button to print the transaction history.
PDF: Click this button to download the transaction history as a PDF file.
