How to Manage Inventory in Aorabooks

Aorabooks' inventory module offers various features to effectively manage your inventory. Follow these steps to utilize the inventory management tools:

1. Add Opening Stock

    1. To begin, navigate to the "Add Opening Stock" option in the inventory module.
    2. Here, you can add your inventory and service products along with their respective prices and quantities.
    3. A list of all added stock products will be displayed under the opening stock list.


2. Receive Purchase Orders

    1. After adding purchase products, navigate to the "Receive Purchase Orders" option.
    2. Here, you can receive the purchased products, and a list of all purchased products will be displayed.


3. Product Costing Sale

    1. Monitor the product costing of each stock from the "Product Costing Sale" menu.


4. Stock Transfer

    1. Transfer stock between branches using the "Stock Transfer" option.
    2. Choose the branch to transfer stock, select products, specify quantities, and save the transfer.


5. Receive Transfer Products

    1. Receive transferred products from another branch through the "Receive Transfer Products" option.
    2. Select the specific branch where the stock was transferred to view the transferred list.


6. Stock List

    1. Search and view product stock from the "Stock List" option.


7. Product Movement

    1. View the product movement history from the "Product Movement" menu.


8. Stock Quantity

    1. Adjust the quantity of stock for a product from the "Stock Quantity" menu.


9. Product Info

    1. View basic information about all products, including stock, purchase price, and selling price, from the "Product Info" menu.
