Stock Transfer
Sometimes you need to transfer your inventory from one warehouse to another warehouse. To perfectly manage your inventory you can use this stock transfer feature.
To use this feature, first, go to Inventory and click on Stock Transfer. Then, click on the Transferred Product button.
After clicking the button, simply follow the steps below:
From: Select the warehouse you are transferring the product from.
To: Select the warehouse you are transferring the product to.
Date: Set the date for the stock transfer to record when the transfer is being made.
Attach Document: Upload any necessary documents related to the transfer.
Select Product: Choose the product you want to transfer.
Price: Set the product price if needed.
Quantity: Enter the amount of the product you want to transfer.
Save & Close: After entering all the details, click on the Save & Close button to successfully send the stock transfer request.
After successfully submitting the transfer request, the product will appear in the Transferred Product List. You can view detailed information about the transferred product, including:
Date: View the date on which the product was transferred.
From: See the warehouse name from which the product was transferred.
To: Check the warehouse name to which the product was transferred.
Quantity: View the quantity of the product that was transferred.
Amount: See the total price of the transferred product.
Status: Check if the transfer request is approved or pending.
Action: Perform available actions such as edit, delete, or approve the request if needed.
By clicking the Select button, you can perform multiple actions, including:
Details: View all detailed information about the transferred product.
Approve: Accept the stock transfer request. Clicking this button will complete the transfer successfully.
Edit: Modify the request if any mistakes were made during creation.
Delete: Remove the request by clicking the delete button.
Search: You can find out any specific stock transfer request from the list by using the search.
Export Data: You can export the data table from here.
