Reminder Notification Config Active: From here you can active/deactivate the reminder notification. If your reminder notification is active then you can also configure the below settings. Such as:

When Send Reminder Notification For Delivery Update: It means from here you can set the time when the customer, warehouse staff and deliveryman will get the reminder notification for the delivery update.

Delivery Arrival Notification (In Minutes): This setting allows you to specify the number of minutes before the delivery arrives when the customer will receive a notification. It helps keep customers informed and prepared for their deliveries.

Strictly Route Access: This setting allows you to activate or deactivate strict route access. When activated, the user can only sell or deliver on a specific route assigned to them for that day.

Reminder Message Send By: This setting allows you to choose whether the reminder message will be sent by the deliveryman or a central number.

Save: By clicking on the button you can save the configuration.
