From here, you can configure multiple settings for distribution. Such as:
General settings:
When Send To Planner: Invoice delivery status will be updated based on the given time. Reminder Notification Config Active: Enables or disables reminder notifications. Strictly Route Access: When enabled, users can only access customers or tasks that belong strictly to their assigned route. Force Invoice Action: If enabled, the system forces the user to perform required invoice-related actions before proceeding. Remember Message Send By: Determines who is considered the sender of system messages or notifications. Allow Distance Order Create (in meter): Sets the maximum distance (in meters) within which a user is allowed to create an order, ensuring location-based control.
Report Sending:
Send sales order report via WhatsApp: Select " yes or no.
Send sales order Delivery report via WhatsApp: Select " yes or no.
Send now sales report: click on this to send an instant sales report.
Send now Delivery report: click on this to send an instant delivery report.
Delivery notification setting:
Send Notification to Branch Head of Sales: Select " yes or no.
WhatsApp number: Multiple WhatsApp numbers can be added with the country code by commas.
Save: By clicking on the button, you can save the configuration.
