How the Partner Process Works

Registration with the details of:

Individual
Company
Company Name: Enter yourcompany name.
Name: Enter your full name
E-mail: Provide a valid email address for account communication and login access.
Phone number: Enter your active phone number for verification and important updates.
New Password: Create a secure password for your partner account.
Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm accuracy.
After filling in the required information, click Continue to Verification to proceed with the next step of the partner registration process.
Admin Review & Approval
The Aorabook team carefully reviews every application to ensure the quality and credibility of our partner network.
Partner Account Activation
Once approved, the partner account is activated, and full access to the Partner Dashboard is granted.

SL: Serial number of the campaign in the list.
Campaign Name: The name of the referral campaign created by the partner.
Link: The unique referral link generated for that campaign.
Clicks: The total number of times the referral link has been clicked.
Registrations: The number of users who successfully registered through the campaign link.
Conversion: The conversion rate is calculated based on clicks and successful registrations.
Created At: The date and time when the campaign was created.
Action: Options available for managing the campaign, such as editing or deleting the campaign.
Add new Referral link:
Click on the “Add new” button and input a campaign name. The system automatically creates a unique link.

The Manage Users section allows partners to view and monitor users who have joined Aorabook through their referral link.
Table Explanation:
SL: Serial number used to organize and identify each user entry.
User: The name of the user who registered using the referral link.
Email: The registered email address of the referred user.
Organization Name: The company name provided by the referred user during registration.
Link: The referral link through which the user registered.
Created At: The date when the user account was created.
Referral Earnings: The commission earned by the partner from this referred user.
Action: Available actions for secret login to the company.
Add New Organization
Click the Add new button and input the details of:
Site Title: Enter the name of the organization. This will appear as the main title of the site.
Sub Domain: Provide a unique subdomain for the organization.
Admin Name: Enter the full name of the organization administrator.
Email: Provide a valid email address for the admin account. This email will be used for login and system notifications.
Password: Create a secure password for the admin account.
Auto-Generate: Click this option to automatically generate a strong password.
Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm accuracy.
Phone: Provide a contact phone number for the administrator.
Subscription Package: Select the subscription package for the organization.

Account Label: A custom name assigned to the payout account for easy identification.
Account Details: The payment account information details.
Default: Indicates whether the account is set as the default payout account.
Created At: The date when the payout account was added to the system.
Action: Available options such as edit or delete the payout account.

Edit profile information:
