Activity Logs
Activity Logs record all user actions and system activities, providing details like timestamps, user info, and actions performed.
To find a specific activity log:
Select User: Choose the user whose activity you want to view.
Select From Date: Set the start date for the activity log.
Select To Date: Set the end date for the activity log.
Search: Click the search button to see the results.
Reset: Clear filters and start a new search.
After clicking the Search button, you can view the activity log with detailed information, including:
Description: A brief summary of the action performed.
Type: You can see the status of activity if it is a success or error.
Invoice URL: You can see the invoice number. If you click on the invoice number it will take you to the invoice page.
IP Address: The IP from which the activity was performed.
Agent: The device or browser used for the action.
Attempted At: The exact timestamp of the activity.
User: The name of the user who performed the action.
Search: You can find out any specific activity log from the list by using the search.
Export Data: You can export the data table from here.
