How to Work with Assemblies of Aorabooks

Assemblies


Assemblies are finished or semi-finished products created by combining multiple components or raw materials. They represent the final output of the production process defined by a Bill of Materials.

From this section, you can view detailed information about each assembly, including:

  • Assembly Number: Displays the unique identification number of the assembly.

  • Assembled By: Shows the name of the person who assembled the product.

  • Assembled Date: Indicates the date the product was assembled.

  • Status: Shows the current status of the assembly.

  • Product: Displays the name of the assembled product.

  • Source Warehouse: Displays the warehouse from which materials were sourced.

  • Destination Warehouse: Displays the warehouse where the final product is stored.

  • Assembled Quantity: Indicates the quantity of products assembled.

  • Unit Cost: Shows the cost to assemble a single unit.

  • Total Cost: Displays the total cost for the assembled quantity.




Filter By Product: From here you can find out any specific result by using filter by product.

Filter By Status: From here you can find out any specific result by using filter by status.




Add New: By clicking this you can add a new assembly.




Search: You can find out any specific result by using the search functionality.




Action: From here you can perform multiple actions. Such as:

  • View: By clicking this you can see the details of the product.

  • Status Change: By clicking this you can change the status of the product.




    Export Data: You can export the data table from here.
