Trial Balance
The Trial Balance Report provides a summary of all ledger account balances, showing total debits and credits to ensure that the books are balanced. It is a key report for verifying accounting accuracy before preparing financial statements.
Trial balance report with the details of:
Account: Name of the ledger account.
Debit: Total debit balance of the account for the selected period.
Credit: Total credit balance of the account for the selected period.
Advance filter:
Company: Select the company for which you want to generate the trial balance.
Branch: Choose a specific branch to filter branch-wise ledger accounts.
Date Range: Specify the start and end dates to view transactions within a selected period.
Show data:
Initial:
Displays the opening balances of accounts at the start of the selected period. This helps you understand the starting financial position before any transactions occurred during the reporting period.
Movement:
Displays all transactions (debits and credits) that occurred during the selected period. This helps track account activity and analyze how balances have changed over time.
