Payroll Report
The Payroll Report provides a detailed overview of employee salaries, deductions, bonuses, and net pay. It helps HR and finance teams manage payroll efficiently and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
Payroll report details with
ID: Serial number of the record.
Staff: Name of the staff member.
Staff ID: Unique identifier or employee ID.
Designation: Job role or position of the staff member.
Phone: Contact number of the staff member.
Branch: Branch or office location of the staff member.
Basic: Basic salary of the staff member.
Addition: Any additional allowances or benefits added to the salary.
Deduction: Any deductions applied to the salary.
Overtime: Payment for overtime hours worked.
Absent: Deduction for absent days.
Loan: Any loan installment deducted from the salary.
Bonus: Bonus amount awarded for the pay period.
TAX: Tax amount deducted from the salary.
Net Salary: Final salary amount to be paid after additions and deductions.
Status: Payment status.
Action: Action for generating payroll, regenerate, and proceed to pay.
Advance Filter:
Role: Filter employees by their role or designation.
Company: Select the company for which you want to view payroll data.
Branch: Choose a specific branch to filter branch-wise payroll.
Year: Select the year for which payroll should be displayed.
Month: Select the month for which payroll should be displayed.
