Returning a Sold Product
Welcome to our system! This user guide will assist you in returning a sold product efficiently. Follow the steps below along with the provided screenshots for a seamless experience.
Step 1: Accessing Sale Returns
- Navigate to Sale Returns: Go to the Sale Returns menu from the Sales module.
Step 2: Creating a Sale Return
- Select Create Sale Return: Click on the "Create Sale Return" button to initiate the return process.
Step 3: Choosing Products
- Select Products: All the sold products will be listed here. Choose the product you want to return.
Step 4: Providing Return Details
- Choose Sale Return: Go to the "Select" option and choose "Sale Return".
- Enter Return Details: Provide the return quantity, notes, and any necessary attachments.
Step 5: Saving the Sale Return
- Save Sale Return: After providing all necessary details, save the sale return. The returned item will be processed, and you will see it added to the Sale Return list.
