POS
A POS (Point of Sale) sale refers to a transaction where a customer purchases goods or services from a merchant, and the payment is processed using a POS system, which can be a physical device or software.
From here you can create a POS sale. To do that just follow the below steps:
Search: You can find out any specific product from the list by using the search.
Advanced Filter: Use the advanced filter to find a specific product from the list. Follow these steps to set the filter:
Select Warehouse: Choose the warehouse from which the products are listed.
Select Category: Choose the category of the product.
Select Brand: Choose the brand of the product.
Select Model: Choose the model of the product.
Choose Product For Sale: To select a product for sale, find the product you want to sell and click the plus button to add it to the sale list.
Select Customer: Select the customer to whom you want to sell the product.
Add Contacts: By clicking the button, you can add a new contact. To do that, follow these steps:
Status: Set the status of the contact (customer or retailer).
Name: Enter the name of the contact.
Email: Enter the email address of the contact.
Password: Set the password for the contact.
Save: Click the button to save the contact information.
Discount Type: After that, set discount type.
Tax: Set the tax of the product if applicable.
Quantity: Set the product quantity. You can increase or decrease the quantity by clicking the plus button and minus button.
Mark as Conditional Sale: You can mark the sale as a conditional sale.
Product-Wise Discount: You can see the product-wise discount.
Total Tax: You can see the total tax of the product.
Shipping Charge: You can see the shipping charge of the product.
Discount: You can see the discount if it has one.
Add Note: By clicking this you can add a note if you want.
Draft List: From here you can see all the pos sale lists that are marked as draft.
Save as Draft: By clicking the button, you can mark the post-sale as a draft.
Pay Now: Proceed with the payment to complete the sale.
To make a payment, follow these steps:
Amount: Enter the amount you want to pay.
Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method.
Attachment: Upload any necessary attachments if required.
Add New Payment: Click this button to add an additional payment.
Quick Cash: Select a preset amount to quickly add it to the payment section.
Finalize Payment: Click this button to complete the payment.
