Intro Prefix List
An Intro Prefix is a short text or code that represents a longer name. It helps in quickly identifying the full name. For example, if the full name is "Purchase Order," its intro prefix could be "PO." Seeing "PO" makes it easy to recognize that it refers to a purchase order.
