Pay Terms refer to the conditions or time frames within which a payment is expected to be made. It defines the payment schedule, such as whether it’s due immediately, within 30 days, or after a specific period of time.
From here, you can view the list of all pay terms with details such as:
Term Name: The name of the pay term.
Number of Days: The number of days until payment is due.
Action: Click to perform multiple actions.
By clicking the select button, you can perform multiple actions, such as:
Edit: Modify the pay term details.
Search: You can find out any specific pay term from the list by using the search functionality.
Export Data: From here you can export the data table.
Add Pay Terms: To add new pay terms, follow these steps:
Term Name: Set the name of the pay term.
Number of Days: Set the number of days for the term.
Save: Click the button to save the pay term.
