Subscription Package Name: The name of the subscribed package.

Purchased Cost: The cost of the subscription at the time of purchase.
Payment Method: The method used for payment.
Transaction Number: A unique reference for the transaction.
Is Approved: Indicates whether the payment is approved.
Action: Options available for managing the transaction.

Search: You can find out any specific payment history from the list by using the search functionality.
