Since the target interaction performed in an online store is a purchase, the active users are usually called customers. In e-commerce, data is similar to retail data, in-store data, shopper data, brand data, consumer review data, product data, and other related data categories used in eCommerce analytics and marketing. Customer analytics are key in e-commerce. Analyzing your buyers’ behaviour, motivations, and engagement helps you understand what your customers need and spot opportunities to optimize your product or website. If you want to check on your All Customer[1] activity or who is now active. You have to go to the AmazCart dashboard to find the Customer section. You will see the All Customer[2] pages, and also you will see the Active Customer[3], Inactive Coustomer[4] means A person who has no purchase activity over a pre-determined window of time falls outside the window of measurement indicative of a first time customer or repeat customer., Create Customer[5] & Active Customer[6] below here from the list of SL[7], Avatar[8] that means picture, Name[9], Email[10], Phone[11], Is Active[12], Wallet Balance[13], Total Orders[14]. However, you can rewrite any of the customer's active status to the Action[15], section[16] by the way of Select option to include Details, Edit & Delete.
