Update : Update to Laravel version to v13
Note : min version v4.2.5 required to update v5.2.0
: Manual update is required
: PHP version min 8.3 is required
After completing the update, if you encounter any issues, please clear the application cache manually.
Delete all files inside the following directories:
bootstrap/cache
storage/framework/cache/data
Then reload the application.
