Trail Balance

This report provides a summary of all ledger account balances at a specific date, helping to verify that total debits equal total credits and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting records.

From here you can see all the provider lists with details. To see the result just follow the below steps:

• Date From: Set the start date for the report.

• Date To: Set the end date for the report.

• Search: Click to see the report.

• Reset: Click to clear the filters and start over.

After clicking the search button you can see the trail balance with details. Such as:

Initial: From here you can see all the initial trail balance details. Such as:

• Account: You can see the name of the account.

• Debit: You can see the debit of the account.

• Credit: You can see the credit of the balance.

 Movement Trial Balance: From here you can see the movement trial balance. Such as:

• Debit: You can see the debit of the account.

• Credit: You can see the credit of the account.

Balance: From here you can see all the balance reports. Such as:

• Debit: You can see the debit of the account.

• Credit: You can see the credit of the account.

Export Data: You can export the data table from here.
