You can exclude specific IP addresses from showing your ad on particular networks that you believe aren't likely to be used by potential customers. IP masking is used for hiding your IP address from others and replacing it with a different IP address.
Short Direction: {AmazCart> Dashboard> Visitor Setup> Ignore IP> Add New Ignore IP> Ignore IP From Visitor Count> Save}
If you want to Ignore a user's activity on your AmazCart Dashboard, find the Visitor Setup. Then enter the IP address you want the system to ignore in the Add New Ignore IP panel. Click on save and the IP will be added to the IP List on the right side.
