How To Manage Your Order

The Order Manage is responsible for preparing customer proposals, in-house orders, total orders, delivery processes, and cancellations. The order can be tracked down by setting. All departments are directed by picturisation; anyone would like to follow this instruction. The process of order management is capturing, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders. The order begins when an order is placed, ends when the customer receives their package & generally consists of accepting the order entry to product delivery. Order management handles everything from receiving the order to delivery and post-delivery customer service relations. Without order management, a business can quickly become overwhelmed by orders or struggle to fill them correctly.


Inhouse Order:

When a customer goes to a third-party website or app to place an order of their choice, the order is sent directly to that company. A person who works for the third party then picks up the order and delivers it to the customer’s location. In this option, you have to create new order; Inhouse Orders is a simple, easy-to-use online ordering platform.

Create New Order:

When you click on create a new order, it’ll automatically open a new interface about the Customer Address Before Add Product. Fill in each blank by following the number.to bring people or things together and organize them so that they can be used in an effective way. In a nutshell, e-commerce order management is tracking an order from the initial purchase transaction, through the entire fulfilment process, to the point a customer receives their goods. At each stage, data is collected, so the customer order can be tracked through its lifecycle.

Cancel Reason:

“I changed my mind” is the top reason for cancelling an order, according to Statista. High shipping costs and long delivery times are other popular reasons. Customers cancel orders because they feel buyer's remorse, usually immediately after they hit “buy”. Added the reason for the cancellation order & shortly described it. Don’t forget to Save it. How do you politely cancel an online order? I recently ordered (product name) from you, and I would like to cancel if possible. My order number is (order number), and my details are (including information). Please confirm that you have received this email and that my order has been cancelled. If you can advise me when I can get a refund, I would appreciate it.

Orders can also be automatically cancelled by the system in these two circumstances: The seller did not arrange for order shipment on or before the booking deadline. The seller arranged for order shipment but did not drop off or hand over the order on or before the shipping deadline.

Track Order Setting:

Order tracking is a process of monitoring and tracking orders placed online and delivering real-time order status updates to customers. It helps customers learn where exactly their order is, when they should expect it to arrive, and whether there has been a delay. The process generally consists of accepting the order; picking, packing, and shipping the items mentioned in the order; and finally tracking them until they get delivered. Customers can track the order by the secret ID if they activate it.

Short Direction: {AmazCart> Dashboard>Track Order Setting> Track Order Configuration> Track Order By Secret ID can be Active or Inactive> Update.}


The primary purpose of order tracking is to keep customers in the loop and give them certainty about when their order is going to arrive.
