Add custom cancel reasons for your orders from the Cancel Reason panel
You can easily add Oder cancelation reason by entering the Reason[1] and Description[2]. Finally, click on Save.
After saving, you will see the new reason in the Cancel Reason list.
You can edit or delete your custom order cancel reason by clicking on Select[1] > Edit[2] or Delete[3].
